摘要
介绍紧密纺纱线的特点、整经轴质量控制要点,以及紧密纺纱线浆纱工艺的技术要点、设备与操作管理的具体注意事项及措施,强调紧密纺纱线两中一低、小伸长、保回潮、重渗透的浆纱工艺路线。根据工厂实际使用情况,分析使用紧密纺纱线作为经纱进行织造时对织机效率的影响。通过调整浆料配方和浆纱工艺,并加强设备与操作管理,紧密纺纱线织轴的经断和纬停均明显降低,织造效率逐步提高。
This paper introduces the structural features of the compact spinning line, the key points of the whole axis quality control, the technical points of the compact spinning process, the specific points for attention and measures of the equipment and operation management, and emphasizes the sizing process of a low, small elongation, moisture retention and repermeability in the compact spinning line two. According to the actual use of factories, the influence of compact spinning yarns on weaving efficiency is analyzed. Through adjusting the slurry formula and sizing process, and strengthening the management of equipment and operation, the warp and weft stop of the woven yarn shaft of the compact spinning yarn are obviously reduced, and the weaving efficiency is gradually improved.
