摘要
介绍莱赛尔特细号赛络集聚纺织物无PVA上浆的经验。以莱赛尔9.8/9.8 787/393.5 270直贡缎织物为例,确立以PR-Su、SL-BK为主浆料,采用"中浓,中压,低黏,大回潮,双浆槽"的工艺路线,强调浸透,兼顾被覆,合理控制各段张力,适当降低上浆率,提高回潮率,减少断头及黏并的产生,最终使得该品种得以顺利生产,织机效率在85%~88%。认为要从原料、浆料配方、浆纱工艺、设备性能、人员操作等多方面采取措施,才能达到较好的无PVA上浆效果。
Sizing experience Lyocell super fine siro condensed yarn without PVA was introduced. Lyoeell 9.8/9.8 787/393.5 270 satin drill was selected as example. PR-Su and SL-BK were selected as main size mix- ture. Adopting the processing route of medium density, medium pressure, lower viscosity, higher moisture regain and double sizing boxes, emphasizing soakage,balancing reasonable controlling each part of yarn tension, proper decreasing sizing percentage, improving moisture regain and reducing breakage&adhesion, finally the fabric was produced successfully. Loom efficiency was 85 % -88 %. It is considered that taking measures including material, sizing instruction,sizing technology, machine performance and operation, sizing effects are better without PVA.
