摘要
基于目前消费者对服装面料舒适性、安全性及新颖外观风格的要求越来越高,服装面料的肌理设计成为面料设计的关键要素之一。文中详细介绍浮雕感小提花面料的设计与生产实践过程,包括对设计理念和工艺设计思路的分析以及工艺参数的合理配置,并总结出整经、浆纱、穿筘、织造工艺的生产技术要点。生产的面料具有立体浮雕效果,新颖独特,拓展了纺织面料的设计及生产思路。
Based on the increasing demand of consumers for comfort,safety and novel appearance style of clothing fabrics,texture design of clothing fabric has become one of the key elements of fabric design.In this paper,the design and production process of embossed jacquard fabric are introduced in detail,including the analysis of design concept and process design idea and the reasonable configuration of process parameters,and the key technical points of warping,sizing,reeding and weaving technology are summarized.The fabric has three-dimensional embossed effect,which is novel,unique and expands the design and production ideas of textile fabrics.
