摘要
目的建立科学、有效、合理的医学科研团队的绩效评价指标体系。方法采用专家访谈方法,以某医学类研究所为例,对33位专家进行访谈,修改和完善指标体系框架,明确科研团队绩效指标,并请每个专家对指标的权重进行修订。结果结合专家意见建立了科研团队绩效评价4个一级指标、14个二级指标、28个三级指标及指标体系权重。归纳出专家对科研产出、人才建设、整体投入指标3个一级指标的建议。结论我们通过专家访谈法建立了医学科研团队绩效评价指标体系及其使用原则和内涵,可供参阅、借鉴与推广应用。
Objective This article conducts expert interviews with 33 experts to clarify the performance research team's index system and weights.Methods In order to ensure the convergence of indicators,the framework of the index system was designed and revised and improved through expert consultation.Each expert was asked to evaluate the weight of the indicators.Results In combination with expert opinions,the first-level indicators and sub-index systems and respective weights for scientific research team was established.Conclusion Experts give suggestions on each first-level indicators.
