故障树分析计算方法 被引量:6

摘要 故障树的建造是实施故障树定性、定量分析的最基本前提条件。通过故障树的建立,能够清楚系统的故障逻辑,发现导致顶事件的全部主要故障原因环节与主要故障原因环节的组合,进而识别出系统在可靠性与安全性设计上的薄弱环节,从而对其进行改善。文章以分析地铁车辆司机室无法激活这一故障现象为例,运用故障树分析对司机室无法激活失效原因进行分析,确定失效因子,建立故障树模型,使用最小割集的方法对所建立的故障树模型进行分析,研究为进一步提高车辆可靠性提高了有益的参考。 The construction of fault tree is the most basic prerequisite for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault tree.Through the establishment of fault tree, the fault logic of the system can be clarified, and the combination of all the main faultcause links and the main fault cause links leading to the top event can be found, and then the weak links in the reliability andsafety design of the system can be identified, in order to make improvement to it. Taking the failure phenomenon of subway vehiclecab as an example, this paper uses fault tree analysis to analyze the reasons why the cab can't be activated, determines the failurefactor and establishes the fault tree model. The method of minimum cut set is used to analyze the fault tree model, which providesauseful reference for the further improvement of vehicle reliability.
