摘要 为在高速磁浮交通网路复杂条件下实现运行控制系统对高速磁浮列车的运行指挥控制及安全防护,从运行控制系统的安全性及可靠性出发,研究运行控制系统的结构、功能及系统配置。在分析德国及日本高速磁浮列车运行控制系统的体系结构及功能的基础上,借鉴轮轨交通运行控制系统的经验,提出一种新型高速磁浮交通运行控制系统的结构形式,并给出相应的系统功能划分方案。新的运行控制系统为3层结构,即中央运行控制层、分区运行控制层及车载运行控制层;中央运行控制层实现操作显示及运行指挥功能;分区运行控制层实现列车驾驶控制、进路防护、道岔防护、列车防护及列车超速防护等功能;车载运行控制层采用2套车载安全计算机系统,且都直接与车地无线通信系统相连,可分别独立承担系统功能,使系统的可靠性大幅度提高。 To realize the function of operation control and safety protection for high-speed MAGLEV train under the condition of complex MAGLEV traffic network, the high-speed MAGLEV train operation control system (OCS) framework, function and its configuration were researched from the viewpoint of security and reliability of OCS. Based on the analysis of the OCS framework of German and Japanese system and the research experience of railway system, a new-style OCS framework for high-speed MAGLEV traffic was put forward and its function disassembly scheme was described. The new OCS has three layers, which are centralized control system (CCS) layer, decentralized control system (DCS) layer and vehicle control system (VCS) layer. The operation, display and operation simulation functions were realized at the CCS layer. The vehicle drive control, route protection, switch protection, vehicle and its over-speed protection functions were realized at the DCS layer. At the VCS layer two sets of vehicle safety computer system are adopted and which set communicates with radio transmission system (RTS) directly and performs tasks independently, this structure highly enhances the reliability of the system.
