摘要
本文在科研院所经济运行管理的背景下,对科研部门运行过程及评价要求进行充分分析和总结的基础上,采用定性与定量相结合的评价方法,构建了完整的科研部门绩效评价指标体系,并对指标体系的运用提出行之有效的实施建议。
Based on the background of the economic operation management of the scientific research institute, on the basis of the full analysis and summary of the operation process and evaluation requirements of scientific research departments, this paper constructs a complete performance evaluation index system of scientific research departments by combining the qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods, and puts forward effective implementations for the application of the index system.
