摘要 实施科研成果量化管理与奖励机制,是高职院校提高科研成果质量、促进专业建设、调动教师积极参与科学研究的有效途径。在充分掌握科研成果量化管理与奖励机制内涵的基础上,结合辽宁经济职业技术学院科研管理工作实际,总结、分析科研成果量化管理与奖励制度的实施现状,并提出完善科研管理制度、强化科研管理的几点对策。 The implementation of quantitative management and incentive mechanism of scientific research achievements is an effective way to improve the quality of scientific research achievements, promote professional construction and mobilize teachers to participate actively in scientific research. On the basis of fully mastering the connotation of quantitative management and incentive mechanism of scientific research achievements, this paper sun, s up and analyzes the implementation status of quantitative management and incentive systems of scientific research achievements, and puts forward some countermeasures to perfect scientific research management systems and strengthen scientific research management by combining with the actual scientific research management work of Liaoning Economic Vocational Technological Institute.
