摘要
对中国运载火箭技术研究院技术创新考核工作研究、实践和成果进行介绍,从2012—2015年的"创新指数榜"入手,分析中国运载火箭技术研究院技术创新考核与评价对院属单位技术创新工作的导向性,对大型航天企业技术创新考核评价工作提出建议。
This paper introduces the research, practice and results of technology innovation assessment and evaluation of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology. From the ＂Innovation Index List＂ of 2012 to 2015, the guidance quality of technology innovation assessment and evaluation in CALT is analyzed. Then the suggestions are offered for technology inno- vation assessment and evaluation of large aerospace enterprise.
