摘要 高催乳素血症(HPRL)是危害女性身心健康的临床常见病症。国内外学者基于HPRL的发病原因,建立了多种HPRL动物模型。现有的HPRL动物模型主要为药物诱导的HPRL模型和基于病理基础建立的HPRL模型。近年来,学者们从受体和基因水平建立了一些较为新颖的动物模型,如多巴胺D_2受体表达缺失模型和人绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚基过表达转基因鼠模型。传统的药物诱导的HPRL模型较为成熟,且因操作简便,应用广泛;而新型模型技术要求高,较难复制,但对于研究代谢性疾病的潜在机制有明显的优势,越来越受到学者们的推崇。 Hyperprolactinemia(HPRL) is a clinical disease that threatens women's physical and mental health.Domestic and foreign scholars have established a variety of animal models based on the pathogenesis of HPRL.Presently the main animal models for HPRL are drug-induced models and pathological based models.Some novel animal models for HPRL have been established on receptor and gene level in recent years,such as expression deletion model of dopamine type 2 receptor and the transgenic mouse model of overexpressing the human chorionic gonadotropin beta subunit.Traditional drug-induced HPRL models are more mature and widely used because of easy operation.However,novel models are technically demanding and difficult to replicate,but have obvious advantages in studying the potential mechanism of metabolic diseases,thus are increasingly welcomed by the researchers.
