摘要
目的研究益生菌类药物联合蒙脱石散对小儿腹泻患者免疫指标影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月在本院接受治疗的小儿腹泻患儿116例,依据随机数字表法将患儿分成2组:对照组(58例)进行常规治疗并使用益生菌类药物,联合组(58例)在对照组基础上加用蒙脱石散;观察2组患儿临床疗效及临床症状缓解时间,血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG和CD4+/CD8^+水平变化情况。结果联合组患儿治疗总有效率为90%,高于对照组的74%,2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗后,2组患儿血清内IgA、IgG和CD4^+/CD8^+水平均明显升高,与治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合组效果更佳,与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组患儿粪便常规恢复到正常的时间、大便性状恢复到正常时间、腹痛缓解的时间、呕吐消失的时间和退热的时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌类药物结合蒙脱石散对小儿腹泻的疗效显著,可明显提高体内免疫能力,缩短临床症状缓解时间。
Objective To investigate the effect of probiotics combined with montmorillonite powder on immune indexes in children with diarrhea.Methods One hundred and sixteen children with pediatric diarrhea who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group（58 cases）was routinely treated with probiotics,the combination group（58 cases）was treated with montmorillonite powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,clinical symptom relief time,serum immunoglobulin A（IgA）,immunoglobulin G（IgG）and CD4~＋/CD8~＋ level changes were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%,higher than that of control group 74%,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the serum IgA,IgG and CD4~＋/CD8~＋ levels were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the combination group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the routine recovery of stool in combination group to normal time,stool trait returned to normal,time to relieve abdominal pain,disappearance time of vomiting and fever were all lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of probiotics combined with montmorillonite powder on infantile diarrhea is significant,which can significantly improve the immunityin vivo and shorten the time of clinical symptom relief.
