摘要
目的探讨太子参苓汤联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻的有效性。方法选择2017年5月—2019年5月接受治疗小儿腹泻的患儿84例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例)。对照组采用思密达治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用太子参苓汤治疗,经过1个月的治疗后对治疗效果进行评估,比较2组患儿的临床指标改善情况,比较2组方法治疗后的治疗效率。结果本研究中,2组患儿治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患儿的临床指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05),经过1个月的治疗后,观察组治疗方法的治疗效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将太子参苓汤联合思密达的治疗方法应用到小儿腹泻的治疗中,有较好的治疗效果,治疗后患儿的临床症状有所好转,有助于提高患儿的生活质量,且具有较高的安全性,值得被推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Taizi Shenling decoction combined with smecta in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods 84 cases of infantile diarrhea treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=42)and the observation group(n=42)with random number table method.The control group was treated with smecta,and the observation group was treated with Taizi Shenling decoction on the basis of the control group.After one-month treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated,and the clinical indicators of the two groups were compared to improve the treatment efficiency.Results In this study,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the improvement of clinical indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,the treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Taizi Shenling decoction combined with smecta in the treatment of infantile diarrhea has a good therapeutic effect,and the clinical symptoms of infantile diarrhea are improved after treatment,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of infantile diarrhea,and has a higher safety,and is worthy of being popularized and applied.
