摘要
为保证科氏流量计正常工作,必须定期检测测量管内是否存在污垢。目前,U形管科氏流量计测量管污垢的检测采用离线检定方式,无法实时监测科氏流量计的工作状态。针对这一问题,利用ANSYS仿真分析U形管科氏流量计测量管污垢分布模型,并在此基础之上,对U形管科氏流量计测量管进行力学建模分析,得出污垢及流体流速对测量管谐振频率的影响规律,提出了一种基于谐振频率的科氏流量计测量管污垢在线检测方法。仿真和实验结果表明:该方法可有效实现对U形管科氏流量计测量管污垢的在线检测。
To ensure the Coriolis mass flowmeter( CMFs) work properly,the dirt in measuring tube must be checked regularly.At present,dirt of measuring tube of U-shaped tube CMFs is detected by offline way,the dirt can not be real-time detevted.To solve this problem,the dirt distribution model of U-shaped tube CMFs is analyzed by ANSYS simulation in this paper. Based on the dirt distribution model,the model of the measuring tube of U-shaped tube CMFs is established in this paper.The influence of dirt and flowrate on the resonant frequency of the measuring tube is analyzed.An on-line detection method based on resonant frequency for tube dirt of single straight tube CMFs is put forward.Simulation and experimental results show that the method can effectively detect the dirt of U-shaped tube CMFs on line.
