面向时变的科里奥利质量流量计信号的处理方法研究与实现 被引量:46

摘要 在实际应用中科里奥利流量计的输出信号会随时间发生缓慢而微小的变化。针对这种时变信号,本文提出将多抽一滤波器、自适应格型陷波滤波器和负频率修正的滑动DTFT(SDTFT)递推算法组合起来,形成一套完整的科里奥利质量流量计信号处理方法,不仅可以跟踪变化的频率和相位,而且在测量小相位时具有较高的计算精度。整个算法计算量较小,且不会发生数值溢出。研制了基于TMS320F28335DSP的科里奥利质量流量计信号处理系统,实现了整套算法,并进行了测试。仿真和实验结果表明,本文研究的方法和研制的系统是可行的、有效的。 The output signals of Coriolis mass flowmeter in practical application have slow and minor changes with time. A complete set of digital signal processing algorithm is proposed for this time-varying signal, which is comprised of a decimation filter, an adaptive lattice notch filter and a recursive sliding DTFT (SDTFT) algorithm with negative frequency correction. The method can not only track the change of frequency and phase, but also ensure the calculation accuracy when measuring small phase difference. The computational load of the algorithm is small and numerical overflow never happens. A signal processing system of Coriolis mass flow meter was developed with TMS320F28335 DSP to implement the algorithm in real time, and tests were performed. Simulation and experiment results show that our method and system are effective.
