摘要
应用有限元模态分析方法 ,对科里奥利质量流量计 (CMF)单直管简化模型进行了模态分析。为了考察CMF套管和支承管等对模态的影响 ,对单直管CMF整体模型 ,依据其轴对称结构特点 ,利用现成的二维CAD视图 ,导入到Marc中旋转生成三维模型 ,进行模态分析。采用Lanczos法求解模态。最后研究了支承类型对测量管模态的影响 ,计算结果表明 ,边界条件不同 ,模态频率变化很大。
The modal analysis for single straight tube simplified model of Coriolis mass flowmeter is implemented by using finite element modal analysis method. To investigate the influence to modal caused by sleeve and supporting tube in CMF, in accordance with the feature of shaft symmetry in structure and by using existing two-dimensional CAD views, the overall CMF model of single straight tube is derived into Marc. Thus the three dimensional model is created for modal analysis. The modal is solved using Lanczos. The influence of different types of the supporting tube is investigated. The result of calculation shows that modal frequency varies greatly under different boundary conditions. Key words Coriolis msaa flowmeter Dynamic characteristic Finite element modal analysis
