巴里黄檀和阔叶黄檀大断面木材高频真空干燥研究 被引量:27

Study of Radio-Frequency/vacuum Drying for Dalbergia Bariensis and Dalbergia Latifolia Wood with Large Cross-Section

摘要 高频真空干燥能够在低温下快速干燥木材,对干燥大尺寸和名贵红木等具有综合优势。本研究利用高频真空设备对巴里黄檀和阔叶黄檀大尺寸方材进行干燥,研究了干燥后方材的含水率及其分布、木材变形及开裂、颜色变化和干燥速度。结果表明干燥后大断面红木方材的干燥质量和缺陷达到GB二级,平均含水率及其分布能够满足企业生产工艺需要,干燥前后木材颜色变化小,干燥速率与含水率阶段及木材材性有关,总体相对较小。因此,高频真空干燥适合红木类名贵木材大断面材料的干燥。 Radio-frequency/vacuum(RF/V)drying can dry wood quickly at low temperature and has significant advantages for big size or high valued wood.In this study,two species Hongmu of Dalbergia bariensis and Dalbergia latifolia were dried by RF/V drying,the wood quality in aspects of final moisture contents and distributions,deformation and cracks,discoloration,as well as drying rate after drying were studied.The results indicated that the drying quality and defects after drying can meet the grade 2 of GB-T 6491-2012,the average moisture content and distribution can meet the requirement of product manufacture,the discoloration of RF/V is small,the drying rate of RF/V is affected by moisture content but not obvious.Therefore the RF/V drying is a suitable approach for the drying of high valued species Hongmu with large cross-section.
