摘要
昆虫抗菌肽是生物防御体系的重要组成部分,具有一定的抗肿瘤效果,在细胞选择性、理化性质的稳定性及耐药性方面具有明显优势。本文从昆虫抗菌肽的分类、活性检验、作用机制等方面对昆虫抗菌肽的研究现状进行了综述,并讨论了利用基因工程技术制备抗菌肽并用于肿瘤治疗的前景。
Antimicrobial peptide plays an important role in immune systemand has been proved with remarkable effects on tumor cells for its precise cell selectivity, stability and alternative measure against the resistance of tumor cells. In the present paper, the classification, bioactivity test and action mechanisms of antimicrobial peptide were reviewed. The feasibility to produce antimicrobial peptides by genetic engineering technology and its potential application in tumor cell control were also discussed.
