摘要
目的探讨形成性评价在《急救护理学》教学的应用。方法选取2013级护理专业本科生216人为对照组,2014级护理专业本科生226人为观察组。在《急救护理学》临床护理教学中,对照组实施传统评价方法,观察组实施形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的多元化评价方法。结果观察组学生期末综合成绩(78.16±6.42)分,高于对照组(70.13±10.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对教学和评价方式满意度高于对照组(P<0.01),对课程学习兴趣、知识掌握与应用、评判性思维能力、沟通和语言表达能力、团队合作意识和能力、创新意识和能力的认可程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论形成性评价应用于急救护理学教学中,有利于促进学生自主学习意识和能力的提高,能够及时反馈促进学生学习兴趣,提高学生自我效能感及教师的课堂驾驭能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of formative assessment in the clinical teaching of first-aid nursing. Methods A total of 216 nursing students of academic year 2013 were selected as the control group,and another 226 nursing students of academic year 2014 were selected as the observation group. In the control group,the traditional evaluation method was carried out,and combined evaluation of the formative assessment summative assessment was carried out. Results The score of final examination in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(78. 16 ± 6. 42 vs. 70. 13 ± 10. 56,P〈0. 05). Students in the observation group were more satisfied with the teaching and assessment methods compared with those in the control group( P〈0. 01). Nursing students of the observation group had higher degree of recognition on learning interesting,knowledge application,critical thinking,communication and presentation,teamwork,innovative awareness than that of students in the control group( P〈0. 05) Conclusion Formative assessment is an effective tool to promote the formation of students' awareness of autonomous and learning interest,and enhance the students ' self-efficacy and classroom mastery of teachers.
