摘要
目的:构建我国医药卫生领域科技创新的技术转移运行模式,并为相关医药卫生政策的制定提出操作性较强的建议。方法:文章以程序性扎根理论为研究方法,对医药卫生领域技术转移模式进行研究,通过问卷调查、实地调研与深度专家访谈获取当前医药卫生领域技术转移情况的第一手资料,了解各方利益相关者的需求、期望以及在技术转移中面临的困难,在此基础上,借鉴美国、德国等国的成功经验。结果:构建出以价值链为核心的轮辐集群模式。
Objective To construct the operation mode of innovative health technology transfer suitable for China, and provide suggestions for policy - making of medical and health services. Method Based on procedural grounded theory, the health technolo- gy transfer mode was studied with questionnaire, field research and in - depth expert interviews to understand the stakeholders＇ needs and expectations and its difficulties. Furthermore, the successful experiences of the United States, Germany and other coun- tries were referred. Results The spoke cluster model was developed, which took the value chain as its core.
