摘要
运用随机前沿估计方法(SFE)对我国34所研究型大学2005-2009年专利及其相关面板数据进行实证分析,探讨转型时期地方政府科技投入强度和当地市场技术需求对研究型大学专利产出效率的影响。结果表明:地方政府科技投入强度对研究型大学专利产出效率存在显著的正向影响;而市场技术需求对研究型大学专利产出效率存在显著的负向影响。基于实证结果,最后讨论了政府政策启示。
Using stochastic frontier estimation （SFE） and patenting related panel data on 34 Chinese research universities for 2005--2009, this paper empirically examines the impact of local government＇s S＆T investment intensity and local mar- ket technological demand on research university patent output efficiency during transition. The results show that local gov- ernment＇s S＆T investment intensity has a significant positive effect on the patent output efficiency of research university, while market-demand has a significant negative effect on the patent output efficiency of research university. Finally, based on the results, the policy implications for government are discussed.
