摘要
[目的]了解柴芍六君汤加味疗法应用于治疗肝脾不和型慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)对胃肠激素产生的影响。[方法]抽取于2015年12月~2017年8月入院的94例患肝脾不和型CSG患者,随机分组为对照组45例和研究组49例,对照组给予西医对症治疗,研究组给予柴芍六君汤加味疗法,比较2组的疗效、证候积分及其胃肠激素。[结果]研究组的有效率(93.88%)较对照组(66.67%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后症状积分及其胃肠激素临床改善质量均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对肝脾不和型CSG患者给予柴芍六君汤加味疗法的效果显著,可促使证候积分及胃肠激素进一步改善,值得选用。
[Objective]To detect the Chaishaoliujun decoction therapy for treatment of liver and spleen disharmony chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)of the influence of gastrointestinal hormones.[Methods]Ninety-four participants of incoordination between liver and spleen type with CSG were selected in December 2015 to August 2017,grouping by random selection into control and study group.Control group included 45 cases which accepted western medicine symptomatic treatment,and 49 cases in the study group were treated with modified Chaishaoliujun decoction.Two groups were analyzed according to the effect,syndrome integral and gastrointestinal hormones.[Results]The team of 49 cases effective rate was 93.88%,which was higher than that of control group 45 cases 66.67%,statistically significant(P〈0.05);the scores of syndrome integral and the clinical improvement of gastrointestinal hormone in the study group were higher than those in the control group,also with statistically significant(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]Type of liver and spleen discord CSG patients treated with modified Chaishaoliujun decoction has remarkable effect,and it can improve syndrome integral and gastrointestinal hormone.
