摘要
目的探讨枸橼酸莫沙比利治疗动力障碍型功能性消化不良的疗效及安全性。方法52例动力障碍型功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组,治疗组26例,给予枸橼酸莫沙比利5mg,3次/d治疗4周;对照组26例,给予西沙比利5mg,3次/d治疗4周。分别于治疗前及治疗4周后观察两组的症状变化,比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果两组治疗4周后均可明显改善动力障碍型功能性消化不良患者上腹胀、早饱、食欲不振、嗳气、恶心或呕吐等症状,与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前症状总积分为8.20±1.69,治疗后为1.68±1.41,二者有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率为92.31%;对照组治疗前症状总积分为8.10±1.71,治疗后为1.81±1.13,也有显著性差异(P<0.01),对照组总有效率为88.46%。两组治疗前后症状总积分及总有效率比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后均未出现明显不良反应。结论枸橼酸莫沙比利是治疗动力障碍型功能性消化不良一种安全、有效的药物。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of mosapride citrate on gastric motility disorders form of functional dyspepsia. Methods Fifty-two patients with gastric motility disorders form of functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into 2 groups. Mosapride citrate（5mg three times daily for 4 weeks） was given to 26 patients in the treatment group, cisapride （5mg three times daily for 4 weeks） to 26 patients in the control group.Dyspepsia symptoms were evaluated before treatment and later 4 weeks after treatment. The clinical and adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups.Results After 4 weeks treatment symptoms of both groups including abdominal distention,early satiety, anorexia, belching, nausea or vomiting in patients with gastric motility disorders form of functional dyspepsia had been improved, and symptoms scores were significantly decreased （P〈0.01）. The scores of the symptoms of treatment group before and after the treatment were 8.20±1.69 and 1.68±1.41 respectively （P〈0.01）, the total effective rates were 92.31%. The scores of the symptoms of control group before and after the treatment were 8.10±1.71 and 1.81±1.13 respectively（P〈0.01）,the total effective rates were 88.46%.There were no significant differences in the total effective rates and symptoms scores before treatment and later 4 weeks after treatment between 2 groups （P〈0.05）. 1% serious adverse reactions were found in 2 groups.Conclusion Mosapride citrate is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of gastric motility disorders form of functional dyspepsia.
