养血润肠方对小鼠血虚型慢性功能性便秘结肠组织匀浆及血清中NO的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的:研究养血润肠方对小鼠血虚型慢性功能性便秘结肠组织匀浆及血清中NO的影响。方法:取健康小鼠72只,随机分为6组,正常对照组、模型组灌服生理盐水,乳果糖组和养血润肠方小、中、大剂量组分别给予乳果糖口服液和养血润肠方不同剂量灌胃。各组动物灌服药物14天后,处死,检测大鼠结肠匀浆及血清中NO的含量。结果:养血润肠方各剂量组结肠匀浆NO含量均较模型组低,P<0.05;乳果糖组与模型组无显著性差异,P>0.05。养血润肠方各剂量组与乳果糖均可降低便秘小鼠血清中NO含量,养血润肠方大剂量组优于乳果糖组。结论:养血润肠方能降低血虚型慢性功能性便秘小鼠结肠组织匀浆及血清中NO含量。 Objective: Research on the affection of Yangxuerunchang formula(YXRCF) to the content of NO in Colonic Homogenate and Serum of Blood-deficiency type Chronic Functionality Constipation Mice. Methods: Choose 72 healthy mice and divided into six groups randomly. Normal group and model group were given normal sodium, lactulose oral solution (LCS) group and YXRCF low, middle, highdose group were given lactulose oral solution and different dose YXRCF. The period of intragastic infusing is two weeks. Results:The NO in colonic homogenate : YXRCF can decrease the content of NO,but LCS can't.The NO in serum :Both YXRCF and LOL can decrease the content of NO. Conclnsion:YXRCF can decrease the content of NO in colonic homogenate and serum of Blood-deficiency type Chronic Functionality Constipation Mice.
