摘要
目的观察经脐单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的效果。方法 140例腹股沟斜疝患儿均分为两组:观察组实施经脐单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术;对照组采用常规开放疝囊高位结扎术。比较手术治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组切口短、手术时间短、术中出血量少、下床活动早、术后疼痛轻、术后并发症发生率和复发率低(P<0.05)。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术安全、可靠,是治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的良好选择。
Objective To observe the efficacy of high ligation of hernia sac with transabdominal single-hole laparoscopy in treating children with inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 140 children with inguinal hernia was equally divided into two groups.High ligation of hernia sac via transabdominal single-hole laparoscope was performed in group A and conventional open ligation of hernia sac was conducted in group B.Clinical outcomes were compared between two groups.Results Compared with group B,group A had shorter incision and operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,ealier time to get off bed,slighter postoperative pain,and lower incidence of complication and relapse（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The high ligation of hernia sac with transabdominal single-hole laparoscopy is safe and reliable and is a good option for treating the inguinal hernia in children.
