摘要
在腹腔镜直视下，采用经皮直接高位疝囊缝扎治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝２２例，随访９～１８个月，无复发及并发症。本法并发症少、恢复快、操作简便、安全、适于推广。作者详细介绍了操作方法及注意事项。
