摘要
目的探讨微型腹腔镜下内环口缝扎和普理灵网片覆盖内环口治疗小儿巨大腹股沟斜疝的疗效。方法2005年1月～2006年3月采用微型腹腔镜缝扎疝囊颈,然后将普里灵网片置入腹腔内,覆盖加强内环口及其薄弱区治疗小儿巨大腹股沟斜疝8例(12侧)。结果手术时间30±15min。术后当天进食,术后3d出院,无并发症。随访3～12个月,无复发。结论腹腔镜内环口缝扎网片修补小儿巨大腹股沟斜疝具有创伤小,术后恢复快,复发率低等优点。
Objective To efficacy using suture way of hernia sac neck under minilaparoscope combined with Pulilin reticular patch to cover both the internal ring orifice and weak injured zone in treatment of big indirect inguinal hernia. Methods During Jan 2005 to Mar 2006 we used minilaparoscope to suture the hernia sac neck,the Pulilin reticular patch was placed into obdominal cavity to cover both the internal ring orifice and weak zone for 8 cases （12 sades）of big indirect inguinal hernia in children. Results Operation costing time 30 ± 15 min, take food at the same day postoperation,3-day discharge after the operation.All cases no complication,followed up for 3-12 months,no relapse was seen. Conclusions Hernia sac neck sature and ligation using laparoscope added to reticular patch covering internal ring orifice is a feasible therapeutic method for big indirect inguinal hernia in children.
