摘要
科学仪器是支撑科技创新的助推器,是国家基础性、战略性的产业.目前国内对科学仪器的需求与其生产和研发的水平不成正比,国产的科学仪器产业呈现大而不强的特征.以某大学三个单位的仪器设备为例,对其数据进行统计和分析.针对国产科学仪器的现状及问题,提出应从三个方面入手来解决其所面临的问题,包括相关政策扶持,建立有效的仪器验证评价平台,改变主观固化意识,勇于创新.
Scientific instruments, as the driving force of scientific and technological innovation, are national basic and strategic industry. Now the demand of scientific instruments become stronger, but it still has an enormous gap between the level of production and domestic research in China. The feature of scientific instruments in China is large, but the ability is very deficiency. Taking the equipments of three colleges of a university as an example, statistics and analysis are performed on the data. To the current situation and problems of domestic scientific instruments, it can solve the problems from three aspects： First, giving relevant policy support by the government; Second, establishing an effective instrument verification and evaluation approach; Third, changing subjective sense and encouraging to innovate.
