摘要
分析食品安全检测、检验、分析和监控中对科学仪器设备的需求,探讨我国食品安全相关的仪器设备产业面临的内外部形势,提出面向食品安全保障的国产仪器设备的发展策略。
This paper analyzes the needs of scientific instruments during the process of food safety inspection, testing, analysis and monitoring, explores the internal and external situation facing ChinEs food safetyrelated equipment industry, puts forward the suggestion of developing domestic instruments for food safety.
