摘要
本文对ＰＣＲ（ＰｏｌｙｍｅｒａｓｅＣｈｉｎａＲｅａｃｔｉｏｎ）技术即聚合酶链式反应的发明、改进及不断完善的过程进行了回顾研究，结合自然辩证法关于技术发展的内在动力的基本原理进行分析。认为社会需求是ＰＣＲ技术产生和发展的最根本动力；技术目的与技术手段的矛盾是进一步推动ＰＣＲ技术发展的直接动力；技术结构与技术功能的矛盾是进一步推动ＰＣＲ技术发展的又一内在动力。
AbstractThe
article study the process of the inventiOn and de-velopment of
PCR(Polymerase China Reaction)techniqueand analysis it with the basic
theor “The intrinsic dy-namia to develop technology”We conclude
that the needfrom the society is the most radical dynamia to invent
anddevelop PCR technique; the contradiction between thepurpose and
methods is the direct dynanua to develop PCRtechnique;the
contradiction between the structure andfunction is also a intrinsic
