摘要
对综采工作面的采煤机及刮板输送机的配合工作状态进行了全面分析,通过预测刮板输送机的负载,设计采煤机调速系统的总体架构,通过数据收集、网络通讯以及数据处理,分别创建传感器选型、工业以太网通讯平台和远程监控系统。
This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the working state of shearer and scraper conveyor in fully mechanized coal mining face. By predicting the load of scraper conveyer, the overall structure of speed regulation system of shearer is developed, and the data is collected. Network communication and data processing, respectively create sensor selection, industrial Ethernet communication platform design, remote monitoring system.
