摘要
针对采煤机与刮板输送机在实际生产过程中能力不匹配的问题,在分析采煤机与刮板输送机配套工作的基础上,完成了协同调速控制系统的总体设计及其控制方案的设计,并将模糊PID控制器应用于其控制策略中,对其模糊PID控制器中的参数进行确定,以实现采煤机与刮板输送机的协同工作。
In view of the problem that the capacity of shearer and scraper conveyor is not matched in the actual production process, the overall design of cooperative speed control system and its control scheme are completed on the basis of analyzing the matching work of shearer and scraper conveyor, and the fuzzy PID controller is applied to its control strategy to determine the parameters in its fuzzy PID controller to realize the cooperative work of shearer and scraper conveyor.
