摘要
针对传统的刮板输送机链条人工张紧方式因张力恒定而导致断刮板、断链事故频发的问题,介绍了一种刮板输送机链条动态张力控制系统的组成、工作原理及操作方式。该系统根据载荷检测装置测量的链条张力值来控制张紧油缸的伸缩量,从而实现链条张力随负载变化的自动控制功能。实际应用表明,该系统降低了链轮、链条的磨损程度以及断刮板、断链事故的发生率,延长了刮板输送机的使用寿命。
For problem of frequent faults of scraper and chain breakage caused by traditional artificial tension mode for chain of scraper conveyor,the paper introduced composition,working principle and operation mode of a dynamic tension control system for chain of scraper conveyor.The system controls expansion and contraction quantity of tension cylinder according to tension of chain measured by load detector,so as to realize automatic control function of tension change of chain with loads.The application showed that the system decreases attrition of chain wheel and chain and fault ratio of scraper and chain breakage,and lengthens working life of scraper conveyor.
