茶油的提取工艺优选及其脂肪酸组成分析 被引量:8

摘要 为了建立木本油料脂肪酸的指纹图谱,更好地控制木本油的品质和质量。本文以油茶果为研究对象,优化了其提取工艺,并分析了其脂肪酸组成。采用石油醚(60~90℃)为溶剂动态逆流提取茶油,得到最优化工艺条件为:料液比(m原料︰V石油醚)1︰6(g︰m L)、提取时间90 min、提取温度70℃和提取次数3次下的茶油含油率为57.28%,发现石油醚动态逆流提取技术适用于茶油的提取,具有茶油含油率高、提取时间短、溶剂易于回收利用等优点。进一步运用气相色谱技术确定茶油的脂肪酸组成,共鉴定出12种脂肪酸,其中饱和脂肪酸5种,占总脂肪酸的8.70%,不饱和脂肪酸7种,占总脂肪酸的90.57%,脂肪酸中油酸含量最高,达到81.81%,此研究可为后续脂肪酸指纹图谱的采集提供基础。 The fingerprint of fatty acids in woody oil plants were established, and the character and quality of woody oil plants were better controlled. The Camellia oleifera was studied in this paper, the extraction process of C. oleifera was optimized, and the fatty acid composition was analyzed. Using petroleum ether(60 to 90 ℃) to extract C. oleifera oil as solvent countercurrent process conditions were optimized, solid-liquid ratio(Mmaterial︰Vpetroleumether) 1 ︰ 6(g ︰ m L), extraction time 90 min, extraction temperature was 70 ℃ and 3 times of extraction of C. oleifera oil was 57.28%, that of oil ether dynamic countercurrent extraction technology for extraction of C. oleifera oil, C. oleifera oil has high rate, short extraction time, solvent and easy recycling etc.. Further chromatography to determine the fatty acid composition of C. oleifera oil by GC,12 kinds of fatty acids were identified, five kinds of saturated fatty acids were determined, accounting for 8.70% of the total fatty acid, seven kinds unsaturated fatty acids were determined, accounting for 90.57% of the total fatty acid, oleic acid content of fatty acid was the highest in the total fatty acid, reaching 81.81%, the collection of the fatty acid fingerprint acquisition with follow-up work was provided the basis in this study.
