车用安全气囊饰盖模流分析及注塑模具设计 被引量:4

摘要 为实现产品的全周期协同设计,以车用安全气囊饰盖为研究对象,基于Moldflow软件对注塑过程进行仿真分析,优化注塑方案,确定浇口位置,进行锁模力校核和翘曲分析,计算饰盖模具型腔的相关尺寸。应用Pro/E软件对饰盖进行三维造型和注塑模具设计,采用现代设计方法可以取消传统模具反复设计与制造的试验过程,降低研发成本,缩短产品的上市周期,使产品快速走向市场,对相关产品的模具设计具有指导和借鉴意义。 The decorative cover of vehicle airbag was chosen as research object,whose molding process was simulated by Moldflow software to optimize the molding program,determine the gate location,conduct clamping force checking and warp analysis as well as to calculate the size of the mold cavity of decorative cover, realizing the life-cycle collaborative design of products. Pro/E software was used for three dimensional molding and injecting mold design,which adopts the modern design method to omit the tediously trial design and manufacture process,reduces research and development costs,shortens market cycle of products,and launches products into the market quickly. It offers guidance for molding design of related products.
