摘要
在冷却分析的基础上对塑件进行冷却、充填+保压、翘曲分析,得到新的充填和保压工艺参数,即需缩短注射时间和保压时间,增大保压压力。在新的工艺参数下进行冷却、充填+保压、翘曲分析的结果较好。充填流动平稳,没有滞流和短射现象。总体的温降也得到改善,塑件的体积收缩率减小,残余应力减小。
To conduct the cooling, filling and pressure, warping analysis on the basis of the cooling analysis, the new parameters of the filling and pressure is obtained, that is to shorten the injection and pressing time, and to increase the holding pressure. The result of the cooling, filling and pressure, warping analysis is good on the basis of the new parameters. The flow is smooth and the phenomenon of the viscous flow and short shots are not found. The drop of the bulk temperature is also improved, the volumetric shrinkage of the product is reduced and the residual stress is reduced too.
