Design and research on multi-functional modula small farm machinery

摘要 山地农业作业机的出路在于小型化、轻量化、模块化,模块化设计是实现农业作业机多功能的有效途径。对多功能的不同界定,决定了农业作业机的设计思路和市场前景。提出了基于产品族共享模块和可变模块的模块划分方法,通过变更不同的可变模块,实现了不同功能作业机的转化,达到了一机多用的目标;通过变更不同的备选模块,实现了功能相同但性能不同的作业机配置,为不同消费层次的用户需求提供了选择空间。 Small-sized,light weighted and modularized farm machinery is the way out of lower mechanization level for mountain regions,while modular design is an effective way to realizing multi-functional farm machinery.The different explanation to multi function will result in different design way and market foreground.In the paper,a module classification method based on product family sharing module and variable module is suggested,and different farm machinery can be assembled by converting different variable modules and therefore the object of a machine with multi-function can be realized.In addition,machinery of same function with different properties can be combined by changing different alternative modules,in this way the selective space of different consuming levels is provided.
