摘要
高负荷工作状态不仅会威胁医生的身心健康,也会对医疗服务质量与效率以及患者安全等产生负面影响。医生工作负荷测量对医院的管理、工作设计和绩效考核等方面都有重要意义。作者通过对国内外医生工作负荷测量的思路、方法整理,为医生工作负荷测量工具的开发和完善提供依据。
The overpressure of physician workload will do great negative influence on physician＇s health, medical care quality and efficiency and patient safety as well. The measurement of physician workload is of great significant to hospital management, the job design of physicians and performance appraisal. Through the review of physician workload measurement at home and abroad, we aim to provide references for the development and improvement of physician workload.
