摘要
目的探究医院中层管理人员评价的要素。方法采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,对15名专家进行3轮问卷调查。结果初步确立医院中层管理人员评价体系,包含4大要素、31项核心指标。结论为医院中层管理队伍职业化建设提供了具体细分的参考标准和导向,对于组织人事部门对医院中层管理人员评价将提供一套实用的工具;对于其他学者开展相关或后续研究将奠定一定的基础。
Objective Explore the evaluation factors about middle-level hospital administrators. Methods Total 15 experts were involved in 3 rounds of survey with so-called Delphi Methed. Results The study explored the evaluation system, contains 4 major elements and 31 core indicators. Conclusion The study will not only fill up the vacancy in the assessment of middle-level hospital administrators but also provide some practical meanings of the evaluation.
