摘要
目的:探究改良肌锥内羟基磷灰石义眼台置入术在眼部成形及美容方面的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年12月本院收治的眼内容物剜除术后一期行羟基磷灰石义眼台置入术的75例患者为研究对象,根据手术方式不同分为观察组(33例)和对照组(42例)。观察组采取改良肌锥内羟基磷灰石义眼台置入术,对照组采取传统巩膜壳内羟基磷灰石义眼台置入术。术后随访12个月,比较两组患者的术后并发症发生情况和眼部美容效果。结果:观察组患者伤口一期愈合率为93.9%(31/33)显著高于对照组的80.9%(34/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后随访12个月,观察组义眼台暴露率和并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组义眼台左右及上下活动范围大于对照组,且观察组置入效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良肌锥内义眼台置入术手术操作简单,术后反应轻,效果稳定,与传统羟基磷灰石义眼台置入术相比,暴露率低,满足了患者对于眼部外观及美容方面的要求,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified hydroxyapatite orbital implantation in ophthalmoplasty and cosmetic surgery. Methods A study of 75 patients underwent eye evisceration and hydroxyapatite orbital implantation was performed at hospital from January 2015 to December 2016. The patients were arranged into the control group and the observation group according to operation, the observation group was treated with modified hydroxyapatite implantation in muscle cone, while the control group was treated with traditional hydroxyapatite implantation in scleral shell. The postoperative complications and cosmetic effects of the two groups were compared after 12 months following up. Results The recovery rate of frst stage of the observation group （93.9%, 31/33） was signifcantly higher than that of the observation group （80.9%, 34/42）, the difference was statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）. The exposure rate and complication rate of the observation group were signifcantly lower than those of the control group after 12 months following up （P〈0.05）. The vertically and horizontally revolved of prosthetic eye as well as embedding effect of the observation group was signifcantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified hydroxyapatite implantation in muscle cone shows simply operation, efficacy and stability and mildly postoperative reaction. It is worth popularizing for its low exposure rate compared to traditional hydroxyapatite implantation, and it satisfes the patients＇ s requirements both eye appearance and aesthetic treatment.
