摘要
目的探讨巩膜花瓣样切口羟基磷灰石眶内植入的方法并对其疗效进行评价.方法79例(79眼)严重眼外伤眼内容摘除和巩膜花瓣样切口眶内植入羟基磷灰石,随访1～18月.结果术后外观满意,3例结膜轻度裂开,经药物治疗后10天愈合.未出现其他明显并发症.义眼安放后转动效果及幅度满意.达到更加仿真的目的.结论巩膜花瓣样切口羟基磷灰石眶内植入,手术方法简便,术中不干扰眼外肌及眶脂肪,并发症少、恢复快.
Objective To explore the surgical technique and clinical effect of petallike sclerotomy with hydroxyapatite intraorbital implant implantation. Methods A retrospective analysis of episceration and petallike sclerotomy with hydroxyapatite intraorbital implant implantation in 79 patients （79 eyes） in 79 patients （79 eyes） with severe ocular injure.The follow-up time was 1 - 18 months. Results Good cosmetic appearance was reconstructed in all patients. Conjunetival incision opened in 3 eyes and cured 10 days later with medicine. Conclusion This procedure is simple,effective and has less complication.
