摘要
目的:观察改良式肌锥内羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的临床效果。方法:眼内容物剜出术后,剪断外直肌和视神经,一期植入羟基磷灰石义眼座于肌锥内。结果:追踪观察6mo,所有义眼矫正的外形满意,活动度良好,无1例义眼暴露。结论:改良式肌锥内羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术并发症少,疗效满意,是一种理想的眼眶美容术。
AIM： To observe the clinical effect of improved orbital implantation with hydroxyapatite spheres in the muscular pyramid.
METHODS： After evisceration, the abducens oculi muscle and the optic nerve were cut, and the hydroxyapatite sphere was implanted primarily in the muscular pyramid.
RESULTS： The cosmetic appearance and the mobility of the hydroxyapatite sphere were excellent. None of the hydroxyapatite spheres were exposed. Every case was followed up for 6mo. CONCLUSION： The improved orbital implantation with hydroxyapatite spheres in the muscular pyramid is an effective method with less complication and satisfactory cosmetic effect.
