摘要
目的探讨电针结合中医康复护理技术对宫颈癌术后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及疼痛的影响。方法将2018年1月—2018年12月择期行宫颈癌根治术的94例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组37例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予电针结合中医康复护理技术。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)来评估患者焦虑、抑郁情绪;采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估患者术后1、3、5、7 d疼痛程度。结果与对照组比较,观察组SAS、SDS评分显著较低(P <0.01),术后3、5、7 d观察组VAS评分较低(P <0.01)。结论电针联合中医康复护理技术能够改善宫颈癌术后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,减轻术后疼痛,利于预后。
Objective To explore the effect of electro-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on anxiety,depression and pain of patients with cervical cancer after operation.Methods 94 patients with cervical cancer undergoing elective radical operation from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given electro-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing technology.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to assess the anxiety and depression of patients,and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to assess the degree of pain 1,3,5 and 7 days after operation.Results Compared with the control group,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.01),and VAS scores of the observation group were lower(P<0.01)3,5 and 7 days after operation.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing technology can improve anxiety and depression of patients with cervical cancer after operation,alleviate pain after operation and benefit prognosis.
