摘要
目的探讨延续性护理干预对宫颈癌术后患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法选取本院2018年3月至2019年3月妇科收治的64例宫颈癌术后患者,根据护理方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组患者各32例。通过比较对照组和观察组患者的护理满意程度来进行对比。结果观察组的患者在生活质量以及护理满意度方面的分值与对照组相比,偏高,(P<0.05)显示本次对比具有统计学意义。结论延续性护理干预在宫颈癌术后患者中的应用,能改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度,值得在临床上进一步推广。
Objective to explore effect of continuous nursing intervention on life quality and nursing satisfaction of postoperative cervical cancer patients.Methods choose 64 cases cervical cancer patients from March 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital.Divide them into control group and observation group according to different nursing plans,32 cases in each group.Compare nursing satisfaction of patients in control and observation group.Results scores of life quality and nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher than control group,comparison showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion continuous nursing intervention can improve life quality and nursing satisfaction of cervical cancer patients with after operation,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
