摘要
教育问题的区域治理为教育综合改革区域推进提供理论支持和实践经验,是实现教育现代化的路径选择。教育问题区域治理主要发生在区域内与区域间两个场域,关键在于关注问题生成的区域背景,立足发展,做好地方诊断;关注问题转化的区域形变,守真务本,以重点突破带动整体推进;关注问题解决的区域路径,以看齐意识积极践行国家治理现代化意志;关注问题治理的区域评价,督查完善,强化问题解决的区域适应性。治理为本、区域先行,落实立德树人的根本任务;深化教育领域综合改革,实现教育治理现代化服务。
The regional governance of education problems provides theoretical support and practical experience to the comprehensive reform of education. It is also the path to achieve the modernization of education. The regional governance of education problems mainly takes place inside certain regions or between two regions. The regional governance of education problems should pay attention to the regional background of the problems and make a good diagnosis of the local environment based on development; should pay attention to the problems of regional deformation and transformation and promote the overall progress with major breakthroughs; should focus on the regional problem-solving path and actively implement the modernization of national governance; and should pay attention to regional governance evaluation and timely assessment and strengthen regional adaptability of problem solving. The effective regional governance is the basis of implementing the main task of morality edueation and deepening the comprehensive reform of education to realize the modernization of educational governance.
