乡村振兴中农村基础教育的“空心化”困境及治理 被引量:6

摘要 农村基础教育的现代化是乡村振兴进程中的重要议题。实证调研发现,农村教育扎根的社会基础正在转型变迁,高速城镇化进程中的阶层竞争、社会舆论的污名化评价与城乡教育资源的非均衡现实之间相互耦合,共同驱动农村教师和学生的双向流出,乡土教育面临主体流失的“空心化”困境。该困境在导致城乡教育差距进一步拉大的同时,留村师生群体的积极性和主动性受损,造成文化贫困的代际再生产和乡土教育公共性的式微。由此,应从农村基础教育成长的社会环境出发,加强政策层面的资源和制度供给,引入社会组织等多元主体灵活参与,使用数字赋能家校连接与合作等,多管齐下助推农村基础教育的高质量发展和现代化转型。 The modernization of rural basic education is an important issue in the process of rural revitalization.Empirical research shows that the social foundation of rural education is changing,and the class competition,the stigmatized evaluation of public opinion and the unbalanced reality of urban and rural educational resources in the process of high-speed urbanization are mutually coupled,which jointly drives the outflow of both rural teachers and students,and thus rural education is faced with the"hollowing out"dilemma of subject loss.This dilemma not only leads to the further widening of the gap between urban and rural education,but also damages the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers and students staying in the village,resulting in the intergenerational reproduction of cultural poverty and the decline of rural education publicity.Therefore,we should start from the social environment in which rural basic education grows,strengthen the supply of resources and systems at the policy level,introduce social organizations and other diverse subjects to participate flexibly,and use digital empowerment to connect and cooperate between family and school to promote the development and modernization transformation of rural education.
