摘要
在当前高职院校生源状况并不理想的状况下,要提高学生的综合素质、培养出合格的高等技术技能型人才,就要根据学生自身特点并结合社会发展形势进行教育教学改革,即重视信息化教学,掌握学生的心理,找准切入点,发挥特长生工作室的作用,采取灵活的考核方法。这样能确保人才培养的质量,满足社会对技术技能型人才培养的要求。
At present,the situation of students in higher vocational colleges is not satisfactory. To solve this problem,we need to conduct education and teaching reform combines the social development situation： emphasis on informationized teaching; do a good job in student psychological counseling; make sure every lesson well-designed;play a special role of the students studio; take a flexible assessment methods. All of which aimed to promote the quality of talent training,and meet the requirements of social development.
