摘要
阐述和分析染料木素新剂型的制备方法与成型工艺的优势与特点。染料木素新剂型包括纳米粒、微乳、微球、磷脂复合物、脂质体、共聚物胶束、β-环糊精包合物、赖氨酸盐水溶液、栓剂、固体分散体等。至今还没有该药物新剂型研究成果转化成新产品获批上市,剂型研究除传统剂型胶囊剂进入临床Ⅱ期试验外,其他仍处于基础研究阶段。
The article summarizes the preparation methods, process optimization, encapsulation, drug loading, average diameter of genistein new drug delivery systems, such as nanoparticles, microemulsion, microsphere, nanomicelle, and so on. Meanwhile, the pharmacokinetics behavior of genistein new dosage forms, including good solubility, good bioavailability, targeting effect and sustained-release property is summarized. This research may offer the reference for new dosage forms study of genistein.
