摘要
聚合物胶束是两亲性基团聚集体,由疏水核心和亲水外壳组成,其疏水性内核可增加难溶性药物的溶解度,提高药物稳定性,而亲水性外壳经修饰后发挥靶向作用,同时降低药物非靶向性可能带来的毒副作用,具有较高的临床应用价值.本文综述了聚合物胶束在药物传输系统中的最新研究进展,着重阐述聚合物胶束作为药物载体搭建其他分子在靶向抗肿瘤系统中的应用,并展望未来的研究方向,旨在增加对聚合物胶束的理解,进而推动其在基础科学中的研究和临床治疗中的应用,发挥最大的价值.
Polymeric micelles are the aggregation of amphiphilic groups, which are composed of hydrophobic core and hydrophilic shell. It has great clinical application value. The hydrophobic ker- nel can increase the solubility of insoluble drugs and improve drug stability, and the hydrophilic shell plays a role of targeting after modification, and reducing the side effects of drugs. In order to enhance the understanding of polymeric micelles and further pro- mote its application to the maximum value in the basic science and clinical treatment of diseases, the latest research progress of poly- meric micelles in drug delivery system, emphatically elaborated polymeric micelles modified by other molecules as targeted anti- tumor system in drug carrier applications are summarized in this review, and finally it also looks into the future research direction.
