摘要
以生物乙醇脱水技术为背景,设计了一种多孔膜材料的制备和醇/水分离性能评估的综合化学实验。阐明了实验从材料选择、定向制备、结构表征到性能测试的总体设计思路,实验操作技能的培养和锻炼,以及更进一步的拓展方向。既注重科学前沿,又着眼于生产实际,促进了理论知识与实践的结合,增强了学生的问题解决能力。
Based on the technology of bio ethanol dehydration, we designed a comprehensive experiment about the preparation of a porous membrane and evaluation of its water/ethanol sepa- ration performance. This experiment expounds the overall design idea of material selection, ori- ented preparation, structural characterization and performance testing, the training of operation skills, and further development directions. This experiment introduces the frontiers of scientific research and pays more attention to practical problems, which can promote the combination of theory and practice, stimulate students~ innovative and converse thinking, and enhance students' problem solving ability.
