摘要
知识经济的发展需要大批创新人才的护航,创新人才的成长又需要依靠基础教育领域具备创新能力的教师给予科学的理念熏陶,而未来新型教师队伍的培养与塑造更需要高等院校有一支高水平的科研型、创新型教师队伍的领航。高等院校多一名科研、创新型教师,就会为基础教育领域塑造一批科研、创新型教师,社会就会多一批勇于创新的人才,国家就会在未来知识经济竞争的国际舞台上多一份获胜的把握。
The development of knowledge economy needs large numbers of innovation-oriented talents, whose growth should be nurtured by scientific concepts introduced by innovation-oriented teachers in the basic education field. And the training of future new-type innovation-oriented teachers needs the piloting of a troop of high-level research-and-innovation-oriented teachers in higher learning institutions. The more research-and-innovation-oriented teachers in higher learning institutions, the more research-and-innovation-oriented teachers in the basic education field, and accordingly, the more innovation-oriented talents in our society. At a result, our country shall be more likely to win in the future international knowledge economy competition.
